At the head of the company: two Senior Aquaculture Technicians who, since 2001, began our training in one of the most important aquaculture centers in Europe (IGAFA).

After several years developing different capabilities in aquaculture companies, the challenge arose to take a step further.
From here we developed the first oyster culture with a clear objective, to establish ourselves among the best productions in the world, and get our sea flavors to be recognized and differentiated by all its nuances.
